Terms of Service

1. The service

My Production Binder (myproductionbinder.com) is a production management application operated by Six 54 Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

3. Your content

You own the data you put into My Production Binder: productions, schedules, contacts, budgets, and everything else. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display your content so the service works, including showing it to people you invite to your productions.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you upload, including personal information about crew and cast you add to a production.

4. Invited members

Production owners can invite people to their productions with different access levels. What an invited member can see is determined by the role assigned to their invite link. Owners are responsible for inviting the right people at the right access level.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law or violate the rights of others.
Do not attempt to access data from productions you have not been invited to.
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or interfere with its operation.
Do not resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

6. Early access

The service is currently offered in early access at no charge. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give existing users reasonable notice before any feature they rely on requires payment.

7. Availability and data

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You should keep your own copies of critical production documents. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars if you have paid nothing.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your productions at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) survive.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will post the updated terms here and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
