Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Production data: what you put into your binder, including schedules, scenes, budgets, locations, and the names, emails, call times, and rates of crew and cast you add.
• Technical data: standard logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service: storing your productions, showing the right information to the right people based on their role, sending sign-in and invite emails, and getting weather forecasts for your shooting locations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your production data for advertising.

Who sees your production data

People you invite to a production see the slice of it their role allows. Producers see everything in that production. Crew see the schedule, directory, and locations, without pay rates. Cast see only their own character's information. Access rules are enforced at the database level.

Service providers

• Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Cloudflare serves the application.
• Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) provide weather and geocoding. Location addresses you enter are sent to these services to look up coordinates and forecasts. No account data is sent to them.

Cookies and tracking

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays as long as your account is active. Deleting a production removes its data from the live database. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will post them here and update the date above.
